Prices in Euros per nigth and per room for weekly or longer stays.For short stays the cost will be communicated with the confirmation of availability.
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 1/3 of the total cost
and with a minimum amount of 1 night.
The balance will be paid upon arrival, with check-in operations and paid in cash or by credit card.
The rooms are available to guests from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival to 11.00 am on the day of departure.
Check-in takes place from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm, outside these hours it is subject to a supplement of EUR25.00 until 10.00 pm and EUR 50.00 from 10.00 pm to midnight.
Breakfast: from 8,00 to 10,00 AM.Three bedroom with bathroom.Surcharge for change of sheets or towels: EUR 5.00.No smoking indoor.Cancellations: we refund your depost only if you cancel within the thirtiethday before the day of arrival. In case of early departure we will not refundthe difference.
